3 baby corns
80g Bok Choy vegetable
30g Japanese fish cake
1 egg
20g brown beech mushroom
250g thinly sliced marbled beef
1 stalk scallion

1 packet of Tian Jiu Concentrated Soup

1/2 apple
1/2 Chinese pear
300g chicken drumstick with bone
50g beech mushroom
20g fresh or dried white fungus (if using latter, soak until expanded and wash thoroughly)
